TERMS OF SERVICE.
[ 001 ] DISCLAMER :
⌦ You must be 18 years old or older to commission work from me.
⌦ Prices are subject to change based on demand.
⌦ Commissions are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to approval.
⌦ I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason.[ 002 ] PROCESS & DELIVERY :
⌦ Completion time ranges from 1 week to 3 months, depending on complexity, workload, and personal circumstances.
⌦ You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.
⌦ I may work on personal art or other projects in between commissions.
⌦ You will receive progress updates at major stages of the work. (e.g., sketch, lineart, final).
⌦ The first two minor revisions are included free of charge.
Additional changes will incur extra fees.
⌦ You reserve the right to be notified of any major delays with your commission.[ 003 ] PAYMENT :
⌦ Full payment is required upfront before any work on your commission begins. Unless discussed differently beforehand.
⌦ I currently accept payments through PayPal invoice only. All prices are in GBP.
⌦ Once I have accepted your commission, I will wait for your confirmation before sending the invoice. Payment will be due within 24 hours of receiving it.
⌦ Once work on a commission has begun, refunds will not be issued unless the cancellation is due to circumstances on my end.
[ 004 ] COPYRIGHT & USAGE :
Client :
The client retains rights to the Intellectual Property (IP).
May upload the artwork to personal websites and social media.
May not use the artwork for commercial purposes, resale, redistribution, NFTs, print-on-demand services, or profit-making activities.
Commercial rights may be purchased separately by agreement.
The client does not have the right to alter, modify or trace any commissioned work without my explicit permission.
Selling artwork as part of an Adoptable may be permitted only if discussed in advance.
Artist :
I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT claim the Intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.
As the artist I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects.
The following is considered copyright infringement :
⌦ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way, not excluded from these terms.
⌦ Claiming the artwork as your own.
⌦ Altering the artwork without my consent.
⌦ In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased.[ 005 ] CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY :
⌦ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
⌦ If, for any reason, I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
⌦ If you cancel your order before it is started, you can receive a full refund.
⌦ I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations unless i'm personally unable to finish your order. You can ask about your commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire.
⌦ If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.[ 006 ] USER AGREEMENT :
⌦ By commissioning me, you are confirming to have read my terms of service and to have accepted all the terms described herein.
⌦ Unless otherwise specified, you agree to use the artwork only for personal, non-profit use and to credit me appropriately whenever it is shared.
⌦ Violators will be permanently added to a blacklist without prior warning, and further appropriate actions may be taken.

EXTRA COMMISSION INFORMATION :These commission types are approximately 1920px by 2880px, 300DPI. For other sizing, please inquire.⌦ Please note that these prices do not include character design and require a clear visual character reference.Turnaround time for illustrations' completion ranges from 1 week to 3 months, depending on complexity.⌦ I do not support nor allow NFT to be made out of my art.⌦ I do not support nor allow AI use of my work.

FULL RENDER : £150A portrait commission crops the character around the neck/shoulder area, depending on the individual character.A simple background themed to the character comes with the portrait commission

FULL RENDER : £200A full-body commission may include any poses of choice (either standing or sitting), backgrounds, and advanced rendering.Choose between a no-background/solid color background and a detailed background.
